My Story

 

I’ve been passionate about health and fitness ever since I fell in love with sports as a kid. But my childhood was marked by a series of lingering illnesses. That led me to pursue a Master’s Degree in Public Health Nutrition. Then, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. My body fell apart, seemingly overnight. I just didn’t have the time or energy to deal with the fatigue, sleep problems and digestive issues with two kids under the age of two. Living in survival mode led me to a health crisis.

What saved me was discovering the healing power of an anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle. Equally important was making small, sustainable changes and building daily habits. I’m here to teach you the secret sauce that gave me my life back. Whether you have an autoimmune disease, experience anxiety, can’t seem to lose weight or just want more energy. I’ve been there. I get it.
